PUBLIC NOTICE
The Tusculum City Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, immediately following the regularly scheduled Tusculum Planning Commission meeting at 6:00 pm at Tusculum City Hall. The general public will be given the opportunity to comment on a variance request for the size of an accessory building at 345 Greenwood Road, property further described as Greene County Tax Map 101, Parcel 073.00. Citizen comments will be received from those who call 423-638-6211 and request to participate at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes for each person and are limited to the first ten persons from whom such a call is received.
