City of Tusculum – PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at Tusculum City Hall for the purpose of public comment on the Tusculum Board of Mayor & Commissioner’s consideration of Ordinance 26-01 to amend the Tusculum Municipal Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of this ordinance is to add Fencing and Accessory Structure Regulations. The Tusculum Board of Mayor & Commissioners will convene their meeting immediately following the public hearing to consider Ordinance 26-01 on 2nd Reading.
