A Public Hearing will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Tusculum City Hall for the purpose of public comment on the Tusculum Board of Mayor & Commissioners’ consideration of Ordinance 25-07 to rezone the following three parcels from B-2 to MX-2. The parcels are located on Tusculum Heights Drive off East Andrew Johnson Highway. The parcels are Map 088K Group A parcel 003.03, parcel 003.04 and parcel 005.00. The Tusculum Board of Mayor & Commissioners will convene their meeting immediately following the public hearing to consider the rezoning.
