PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Tusculum City Hall for the purpose of public comment on the Tusculum Planning Commission’s consideration of recommending to the Tusculum City Commission that the following three parcels be rezoned from B-2 to MX-2. The parcels are located on Tusculum Heights Drive off East Andrew Johnson Highway. The parcels are Map 088K Group A parcel 003.03, parcel 003.04 and parcel 005.00. The Tusculum Planning Commission will convene their meeting immediately following the public hearing to consider the rezoning.
