The Tusculum City Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, immediately following the regularly scheduled Tusculum Planning Commission meeting at 6:00 pm at Tusculum City Hall. The public will be given the opportunity to comment on a variance request for the setback on a new home at 151 Park Avenue West, property further described as Greene County Tax Map 088N, Group A, Parcel 023.01.
